What is a Home Owners Association?
The Green Pastures Owners Association (GPOA) is new and includes all of the home and residential property owners within the Green Pastures development. (Condominiums, commercial property, apartments and Shepherd Landings not included).
The purpose of the GPOA is to maximize a sense of community for the long term, to preserve, enrich the quality of life for our residents, appreciate property values, enhance safety & security and preserve the natural beauty of our community.
Green Pastures is YOUR community. We feel Green Pastures in Marysville, Ohio has something unique to offer families and residents that other neighborhoods don’t. Our area features single-family homes with front porches and patios close to wide sidewalks to encourage friendly neighbor atmosphere and positive relationships. Green Pastures is a true ‘neighborhood’ with over 25 acres of parks, including ponds, walking trails, basketball courts, and a treehouse for everyone to enjoy!

Lost and Found
(Home Owner and City policy prohibits residents from putting up signs or notices around the neighborhood, particularly on the wood stop signs. In order to help residents track down missing items, Residents may submit a request via our gmail address and list items they have lost or have found with an appropriate contact number. Items will be left on the web page for 30 days or until we have been notified the item has been returned.) |
